Kelly’s background in condominium and real estate developments is characterized by thorough project management skills and a highly creative conceptual process that results in projects that are both functional and innovative. He sees the built environment as an opportunity to challenge preconceived ideas; working closely with contractors and consultants he oversees each step in the design process to ensure deliverables are met and that the creative vision is executed with accuracy.

Kelly studied Interior Design at Algonquin College in the advanced studio program and is NCIDQ certified. Working in the field since 1996, he believes in continuous learning and feels a deep responsibility to clients to remain current on the latest trends, materials and technologies. Kelly draws inspiration from popular culture and his many travels throughout North America, Europe and the Orient; he has journeyed twice to China to receive the International Council of Interior Architects and Designers RING award and has most recently been recognized by the International Property Awards for his design of the REVE condominiums. Kelly has also been extensively published in the National Post and Globe and Mail, as well as, appearing on HGTV and CityLine as an industry expert.
