A statement in style and luxury, this sales center was conceived within the existing structure of former St. Basil’s Prepatory School; located at the heart of one of Toronto’s most exclusive neighborhoods. High end finishes and furnishings with clean, Euro-centric lines were employed to create a contemporary atmosphere that appeals to a discerning, well travelled clientele. The same aesthetic carries over to the concept for the final building which will feature 19 private residences in a mid-rise, boutique condominium.
