This residential centerpiece anchors the redeveloped city block which includes the shell of the iconic Eaton’s store on College Street in downtown Toronto. Inspired by its renowned retail neighbor, the development features a 16,000 sq ft. recreational facility constructed on the second level of a shared podium, designed in a contemporized Art Deco style. Individual units were designed and marketed in vertical phases so as to appeal to both the first-time buyer and move-up markets respectively.
